September 7, 2023July 15, Orientation day for 5 applicants for ordination during Buddhist Lent.
July 17 Luang Por Dr. Phrakhru Suthammanat, the abbot of Wat Plak Mai Lai, gave us a Dhamma talk sermon at Songdhammakalyani before chanting the Patimokkha
21 July Songdhammkalyani bhikkhunis and Bodhi volunteers team attended activities at the Wat Phai Chorakhe School. The Bhikkhuni Sangha Project is responsible for the Quality Development of Thai Youth at the school in Sai Ngam Subdistrict, Bang Len District, Nakhon Pathom province for the third time and the children were also given toys.
20 staff from Samut Sakhon Hospital came to train at the monastery on the 22 and 23 of July. Ven. Dhammaparipunna lead the training.
28 July, we had an ordination ceremony of four new monks during the 33rd Buddhist Lent. They will stay with us until the end of the vassa, the rainy season, 30 september 2023. Welcome to Dhammavaruna, Dhammavajaniya, Dhammaratana and Dhammavorani! May their stay be fruitful and insightful!
July 29, In order to make merit in memory of the deceased, Girl Orasa Arayapat and her relatives invited the bhikkunnis.
